Edwin Carrillo is a published Doctor of Business Administration in Management. He has managed programs for Fortune 500 companies, developed products for national retail chain stores, and managed projects for one of the largest hospitality groups in the US.
His research focuses on emotional intelligence and how it can predict employee satisfaction, burnout, and performance. In addition, Dr. Carrillo is known for positive, energetic student engagement and shares his passion for management with his students.
