At the H. Wayne Huizenga College of Business and Entrepreneurship (HCBE), faculty and staff members strive for excellence in all that we do. Our continued AACSB accreditation affirms the quality, rigor, and relevance of our academic programs, and places HCBE among the elite 6 percent of business schools globally that possess this accreditation. This distinction reflects our unwavering commitment to innovation and entrepreneurial thinking in teaching, impactful scholarship, and the preparation of forward-thinking business leaders.

H. Wayne Huizenga set success records in starting, acquiring, owning, and revolutionizing businesses like AutoNation, Blockbuster, Waste Management, and many more. He had ownership in all three major professional sports teams in Florida—the Dolphins, Marlins, and Panthers. But through it all, he lived his commitment to putting people and planet before profit. He made a difference in the way others defined wealth, success, and purpose.
