Autumn C. James, PhD, AICP, is currently the Planning and Development Manager for the City of Concord, North Carolina. Previously, she was a faculty member at the University of Texas at San Antonio and Northern Illinois University, where she taught classes and conducted research in land use planning, regional planning, Geographic Information Systems, behavioral geography, criminology, and crime mapping.
