Dr. Rochelle Parrino is currently an Instructor in the Department of Management. Prior
to joining Nova Southeastern University, Parrino worked at an executive level in several
industries including hospitals/healthcare, soft goods and real estate/property management.
She has also worked as a management consultant offering advisory services to various
companies, from start-up to major publicly traded and non-profit organizations. As
a South Florida native, Parrino received her education from local universities, Bachelor
of Science degree in Management from Barry University, Master of Business Administration
from the University of Miami, and a Ph.D. in Public Health with a concentration in
Health Systems Research from Florida International University.
She holds several industry specific certifications, including a Fellow with the American
College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE) and a Certified Healthcare Financial Professional
(CHFP) with the Healthcare Financial Management Association. Dr. Parrino is excited
to share her work experiences and present relevant and timely material to students.
