Dr. Eileen Petzold-Bradley brings over 25 years of experience in organizational development, executive and life coaching, career advising, marketing and communications, and workplace conflict resolution. At NSU, she contributes to the Office of Human Resources by supporting initiatives in employer branding, talent acquisition, employee learning and development, and engagement that strengthen and empower the university community.
As an adjunct professor and practitioner-scholar, Dr. Petzold-Bradley bridges research and practice to foster innovation, with a focus on entrepreneurial mindset, workplace dynamics, and start-up ecosystems. She teaches undergraduates, graduate students, and lifelong learners, equipping them with the skills and strategies needed to reach their full potential and thrive in interdisciplinary and professional settings.
She earned her Ph.D. in Conflict Resolution & Analysis from Nova Southeastern University, where her dissertation examined the key success factors driving entrepreneurs in start-up ecosystems. A recognized thought leader, she presents her research nationally and internationally on entrepreneurship, conflict resolution, and diversity in higher education, publishes regularly in peer-reviewed journals, and is authoring a book on entrepreneurial success.
Dr. Petzold-Bradley’s entrepreneurial journey began in Germany, where she founded and operated an educational franchise and her first consultancy, providing intercultural training, mentoring professionals, and enhancing team dynamics across diverse organizations. Today, through Owlsight Resolve, she continues that mission—helping executives, entrepreneurs, and organizations leverage conflict as a catalyst for growth, innovation, and resilience.
