Natalie Ramirez Carvallo is an Adjunct Professor of Real Estate at the H. Wayne Huizenga College of Business and Entrepreneurship at Nova Southeastern University.

Ramirez Carvallo works as a Broker Associate at Coldwell Banker Realty, where she co-leads a family business specializing in residential real estate in the tri-county area. As a South Florida native, Natalie is passionate about her community and serves on the Affordable Housing Advisory Committee for the City of Pembroke Pines.

Ramirez Carvallo earned a B.S.B.A. in Management and an M.B.A. in Marketing from NSU, where she was recognized as Huizenga College of Business and Entrepreneurship's Student of the Year in 2019 and 2021. As a proud alumna, Natalie is eager to give back to her alma mater.
