Chase Alexander Gaiefsky is a charismatic real estate professional, part-time university professor, and lifelong entrepreneur.
Gaiefsky currently works as Land Acquisitions Manager at Lennar (NYSE: LEN), America’s leading home builder, managing a pipeline of acquisitions and due diligence for $100+ million in residential land development projects throughout Broward and Miami-Dade. Prior to this role, Chase managed the development acquisitions of D.R. Horton's Southeast Florida division, which also included Palm Beach and Martin counties.
A distinguished alumnus of Nova Southeastern University, he has served as an Adjunct Professor within the departments of Real Estate Development, Public Administration, and Non-Profit Management at both the undergraduate and graduate levels since August of 2020.
Gaiefsky opened the doors to his own firm, Chase Alexander, LLC, in late-2019 and focuses solely on strategic consulting, deal underwriting, and real estate investment. Clients include boutique watch trading company Second Time, along with a closely-held network of family offices and high-net-worth professionals.
Chase obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from NSU Florida in 2019 and a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from NSU Florida in 2020. After graduating, Chase assisted in the creation of both NSU's Nonprofit Advisory Board and Public Administration Advisory Board by identifying and recruiting public- and private-sector executives to curate a market-ready learning environment for graduate students.
