Gina Fleitman co-founded her first start-up during her senior year at Carnegie-Mellon University, and served as VP of Sales and Marketing for the next two decades, launching 10 new ventures, including products for Europe and Asia. Since then, she served as a sales and marketing consultant, helping especially tech companies launch new products, open new markets, and build a powerful customer base. Since 2019, Fleitman has worked as an adjunct professor, teaching guerrilla marketing to entrepreneurship majors as well as strategic management to undergrad business seniors, with an emphasis on sustainability in business practices. An expert in sales and sales management, she is a President’s Club graduate of Sandler Sales Training, and by day works in enterprise sales for RoadRunner Recycling, a late-stage sustainability start-up.
