Dr. Will Hawks serves as Assistant Professor of Management at the Nova Southeastern University H. Wayne Huizenga College of Business and Entrepreneurship. He has over 20 years of leadership experience in various sectors, including higher education, hospitality, government, and corporate affairs. He is passionate about empowering people and unleashing organizational performance through positive employee relations, workplace culture analysis, process innovation, executive development, and servant leadership.

Dr. Hawks holds a Doctorate in Education specializing in Organizational Change and Leadership from the University of Southern California, a Master of Science in Management from the Wake Forest University, Bachelor of Arts in Political Science (summa cum laude) from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University, and a Certificate in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the Workplace from the University of South Florida. He has published, presented, and reviewed papers in various academic journals and conferences. Dr. Hawks has also received numerous awards and honors for his community, professional, and scholastic contributions. Before joining NSU, he was the Senior Manager for global employee and labor relations at a Fortune 40 conglomerate, where he led several strategic initiatives across multiple countries and regions. He is committed to fostering a culture of belonging, equity, diversity, and inclusion in his teaching, research, and service.

Dr. Hawks serves as a co-investigator for funded research projects totaling over $1 million.
