Dr. Will Hawks serves as Assistant Professor of Management at the Nova Southeastern University H. Wayne Huizenga College of Business and Entrepreneurship (NSU). He has over 20 years of leadership experience in various sectors, including higher education, hospitality, government, and corporate affairs. Dr. Hawks is passionate about empowering people and unleashing organizational performance through positive employee relations, workplace culture analysis, process innovation, executive development, and servant leadership.

Dr. Hawks serves as lead or co-investigator for funded research projects totaling over $1 million. His research has been published in peer-reviewed journals such as Economic Affairs and SAGE Publications: SAGE Business Cases Originals, as well as presented at conferences by the National Case Research Association (NACRA), Academy of Business Research (ABR), Labor and Employment Relations Association (LERA), and Academy of Management (AOM).

Before joining NSU, he was the Senior Manager (Chief of Staff) for global employee and labor relations at a Fortune 40 organization having four businesses, 195K+ employees, and $70B+ in annual revenue. As a senior leader, he led several strategic initiatives across multiple countries and regions.
