Gary Mervak is a retired Executive with 40 years experience in all aspects of healthcare management. His experience includes acquisition due diligence and post-acquisition turnaround for sustainable profitability in all phases for healthcare including hospitals, physician groups, and HMO/insurances. His career focused on Finance with significant operational impacts.

Mervak's career has been primarily focused on Financial Management as the CFO for multiple non-profit and publicly-traded healthcare systems. Many of these have been new acquisitions or turn-around situations requiring fresh approaches and organizational change.
