Pierreline Mwanza, Ph.D., serves as a business professor, dissertation chair, and academic leader specializing in organizational behavior, leadership, marketing, and global business operations.

​A firm believer in the power of the scholar-practitioner model, Mwanza integrates years of experience in logistics and procurement into the classroom and dissertation leadership. Prior to academia, she served with distinction as a Sergeant in the U.S. Army, where she developed a strong foundation in crisis leadership, team motivation, and strategic execution.

​Mwanza holds a Doctorate in Business Administration and Management, a Master of Science in General Management, and a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources. Beyond higher education instruction and curriculum design, she actively contributes to civic educational initiatives as an advisory education board member, focusing on creating second-chance pathways for nontraditional students and fostering community-driven innovation.
