Ricardo Russi, MBA, MS, CMCA®, AMS®, MPM® is a licensed real estate broker, licensed real estate instructor, licensed community association manager and project manager. He owned and operated Bonafide Management Group, Inc., a real estate and community association management company for 26 years.

Ricardo holds a B.S. in Legal Studies from Barry University, an M.B.A. from Florida Atlantic University, a M.S. in Personal Financial Planning, from Kansas State University, and he is also pursuing a PhD. in Business Administration from Florida Atlantic University. Additionally, he maintains Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA®), Association Management Specialist (AMS®) and Master Project Manager (MPM®) certifications.

Currently, he also teaches community association management pre-licensure and continuing education courses at Gold Coast Professional Schools. He taught business and finance courses as a College of Business faculty adjunct at Johnson and Wales University and at Kansas State University.

During the past 30 years, Ricardo has been very active in the real estate, community association management and project management professions. He served as a board member on the Miami-Dade County Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Advisory Board and as a trust member on the Metro Miami Action Plan (MMAP) Trust Board, and he was the recipient of the 1997 Realtor of the Year for the REALTOR Association of Greater Miami & the Beaches.
