Dr. Katelynn Sell joined the H. Wayne Huizenga College of Business & Entrepreneurship in 2023 as an Assistant Professor of Management. Prior to joining Nova Southeastern University, she was a faculty member at West Texas A&M University where she taught a variety of courses at both the undergraduate and graduate level. Dr. Sell received a B.B.A. in Business Management from the University of North Florida in 2010, an M.B.A. with a concentration in Management from Nova Southeastern University in 2013 (Fins Up!), and a Ph.D. in Business Administration with a major focus in Strategic Management and a minor focus in Organizational Behavior/Human Resources from Louisiana State University in 2020.

Dr. Sell has a passion for teaching and fostering critical thinking in the classroom. She is also an active member of several professional organizations in the field such as the Academy of Management, the Strategic Management Society, and the Southern Management Association.
