Our Faculty and Staff

TShoy Stewart is a first-generation Jamaican American, a first-generation graduate, and an Adjunct Professor of Real Estate at the H. Wayne Huizenga College of Business and Entrepreneurship at Nova Southeastern University (NSU) with a focus in Geographic Information Sciences (GIS).

TShoy obtained her B.S. in Geography (2018) and her M.S. in Geographic Information Sciences (2020) both from the Florida State University. She is also currently pursuing her M.B.A. in Management (2025) at NSU.
