Daleik (Alex) Vaughn joined the Huizenga College of Business and Entrepreneurship in October 2022 and is currently the Adjunct Professor of Residential Property Management. Daleik is a seasoned property management professional with over 16 years of experience in the industry. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated exceptional proficiency in managing a diverse portfolio of properties, including single-family homes, multifamily residences, and community associations. His extensive knowledge and hands-on approach have enabled him to successfully navigate the complexities of property management, ensuring both resident satisfaction and property value enhancement.
In addition to his practical experience, Mr. Vaughn holds the licenses as a Florida Real Estate Broker, Michigan Salesperson, Florida Licensed Community Association Manager (LCAM) and the international credential of Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA). These certifications reflect his commitment to maintaining high standards of professionalism and his dedication to continuous learning in the field of property management.
Raised in Tuskegee, AL, he earned his BS at Tuskegee University and his MBA at Florida International University. In his spare time, you can find him in the gym, reading a book or volunteering in his community.
