Dr. Yaron Zoller specializes in the study of business communications, critical thinking, strategy, cross-cultural effects on management practices, history of management, and the development of effective leaders and followers. He teaches courses in Management, Organizational Behavior, and Human Resources.
Zoller is published in the Journal of Management History, American Journal of Psychology and Aging, Neuropsychology, and Cognition. Yaron is an active member, presenter, and reviewer at the Academy of Management (AOM) and Academy of International Business (AIB), and has presented at Academy of Management annual meetings as well as at the MBAA International conference and the International Neuropsychological Society.
Yaron holds a D.B.A. degree in Management from NSU Florida. He graduated with honors with his master's degree in Psychology and a bachelor's degree in Neuropsychology – both from Florida Atlantic University.
Before joining academia, Yaron spent a decade working for a multinational technology firm in the areas of software and quality assurance. He also served in the Israeli Defense Force from 1993 to 1998, rising to the rank of Lieutenant.
