OAA Appointment System

Thank you for your interest in scheduling an appointment with your graduate adviser via the online appointment scheduler. We have found that this option continues to be a very popular one for our graduate students since it provides flexibility as to when and how appointments can be scheduled. For your security, the appointment selection tool is located within SharkLink.   

Steps to make a graduate advising appointment via Navigate:  

1. Login to SharkLink  
2. Select the "Navigate" icon
3. Click on "Schedule an Appointment" 
4. Select "Student Services"
5. Select "HCBE Graduate Advising"
6. Next, select the appointment type
7. Select the appointment format
8. Select “Next” to continue [Note: this section should be grayed out as your assigned academic adviser has already been pre-identified]
9. Next, your assigned academic adviser’s availability will be displayed. Your options are: Morning or Afternoon (subject to availability). You may now select “Next” to continue.
10. Review adviser's availability and select the preferred day and time, then, select "Next"
11. Verify and confirm selected academic advising appointment
12. Select "Confirm Appointment"
13. Choose one of the following options: Create Another Appointment, View My Calendar, or Go Home
