Embarking on a journey to start and/or manage a professional practice—law firm, accounting firm, medical practice, dental practice, or architectural or engineering firm—can be exciting and rewarding. But it can be challenging! Nova Southeastern University’s Master of Science in Professional Practice Management (M.S. P.P.M.) will give you the leadership and managerial skills you need to succeed in managing and growing a profitable professional practice.

NSU’s curriculum is designed to help you with hiring, managing, and retaining talent; optimizing operations; growing a client base; marketing; technology acquisition and implementation; controlling cost; and improving quality. Our faculty members will tap into their thorough experience outside the classroom to ensure that your learning experience is practical, useful, and powerful.

The M.S. P.P.M. program has two tracks:

1) general professional practices such as law, accounting, architecture, or engineering; and

2) health/medical practices such as medical, dental, psychology, or optometry.

Upon completion of this program, you’ll possess the skills necessary to manage and operate professional practices, make informed values-based decisions, and advance your professional career.
