Using Critical Thinking for Better Decision Making

1 Full Day  |  .6 CEUs

This one day course is an opportunity to enhance your decision making skills to attain better business results. You will build a working knowledge of frameworks and tools that you will be able to apply right now in your own work. You'll be working with decision making opportunities that exist in your organization today. You'll develop your own techniques for applying what you will learn. You'll be able to answer the question – is critical thinking the most critical skill for leaders?

Program Description

The need for the clearest of thinking with the most accurate, relevant information is a must. "Of course," you say. This course is the foundation for such if you are going to be at the top of your game. There is so much to account for if your decisions are going to be the best possible.
